Separation is a difficult transition time – financial and emotional issues may seem overwhelming. With 25 years of legal practice, I believe that most family cases, especially where children are involved, are best resolved through Collaboration.

I have found that after lengthy bitter battles and large legal bills, clients are not content with traditional family law litigation. I enjoy the challenge of Collaboration. It is a commitment to avoiding court, a commitment to solutions. The team-based process is flexible and exciting. I enjoy the efficiency of regular face-to-face meetings with spouses and counsel. It is a pleasure advising spouses who are taking responsibility for decisions about their future. I serve on the Executive of the Victoria Collaborative Family Law Group, and Chair of the Collaborative Family Law Practice Committee.
