Colloborative Family Law — Victoria, BC

I believe coaching support for parents should not be seen as an extra, but rather as a core resource. All family members, especially children, benefit when the parents receive coaching. I also believe collaborative financial planning optimizes results that benefit all family members.

My services are only available through legal aid appointment. Legal aid does provide referrals for Collaborative Law in eligible cases. I have experience in planning for people with Canada Pension Plan and Employment Assistance benefits and in setting up trusts for spouses or children with disabilities.
